Wealth: a treasure of our own

Being healthy is a precious gift of god for us. But we are the one making our decision in our daily life, what we eat? what we do? and how we exercise. It not just only defend on what we eat but it also how we eat 3 times a day, and also how we other people treat us. Healthy body also affect the functions of our brain, If our body is ill our brain function less because our body can't easily do what we want to do.

In our scholl we do a lot of activities in connection to Nutrition. This month of July is called the "Nutrition Month" in our school several activities our made to show how the students concern in their health. There are activities like "Nutri-Quiz, Mural Painting, Cookfest, Foodfest, and Poster Making Contest. Through this activities students can gain knowledge how they can improve their skills and also their health. We can do more in how we can improve our health , we must drink 8 glass of water a day, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and exercises regularly.

We do a lot of things that affect our healt like overloading of activities and unbalanced diet, but we can do also a lot of things to improve our health conditions, If we have a healthy mind , we also have a healthy body, then therefore we are a Healthy Person if only we can do all of things in proper ways.
